We sat down with the real estate star and founder Brandon Lawn himself to discuss his story, chat about the Brandon Lawn Real Estate team, the housing market and more.
What were you doing before you started Brandon Lawn Real Estate?
Before the launch of Brandon Lawn Real Estate, I co-founded and ran a mortgage financing company, built a portfolio of more than 30 investment properties, and served as a broker with another local real estate firm. With my wealth of knowledge and network connections, I felt it was time to put my array of assets to work in a company dedicated to finding clients a home they love with top–notch resources.
What aspects of real estate would you say you specialize in, and what makes you such an expert in these areas?
I have been in the industry of buying and selling, mortgage lending, and real estate investing for more than two decades which bolsters my expertise in all aspects of real estate. In addition, my connections with appraisers, builders, architects, and designers allows me to help clients navigate their way through the process of buying or selling from start to finish and deliver successful results.
Are there any specific areas of Charlotte that you focus on or specialize in?

What do you think of this current market? Do you think it will sustain current inventory and price levels or do you see a “correction” coming?
As Charlotte continues to expand, the Charlotte market will remain very attractive. With job opportunities, professional sports, a flourishing restaurant scene, and an array of noteworthy schools, I believe the influx in the market will remain stagnant due to the gravitating appeal of Charlotte. That said, the consistency of the hot market makes it the perfect time to do some real estate.
What advice would you give homeowners when looking for an agent to represent them to sell or buy a home?
Buying or selling a home is an exciting experience and your real estate agent should be there to support and guide you to your perfect home.
