It’s always a treat, but this Uptown kitchen knows better than to shy away from the specialty oyster dishes… or the classics. Their Oysters Rockefeller is a prime example, delivering all the hallmarks of a great seafood starter: Half-shells, blanketed in a rich butter sauce and bread crumbs, are subjected to a swift broil and then garnished with parsley and lemon. Start with a cocktail and some kind of oyster plate, and finish strong with the day’s freshest catch.
