Delicious margaritas are an essential part of a happy life. The good folk at Comida pride themselves on hand juicing all of of their mixers in-house. Their sour mix, which is made in-house daily, always uses the freshest citrus available. When making margaritas, use the best sour mix you have available. Comida’s tip when buying store bought sour, though—look for a simple list of ingredients. Citrus, sugar and maybe a little citric acid are all you need. The color should be reminiscent of a homemade key lime pie. Do it at home if you must, but Comida’s bar is always there, waiting to improve the end of a long work day.
