Fresh raspberries are a staple in Amelie’s French Bakery’s new spring menu. The Raspberry Rhubarb Entremet is complete with layers of fresh raspberry puree, cream, raspberries, and a crisp crust. The velvety White Mocha includes sweet white chocolate ganache, lavender syrup, rich raspberry sauce espresso, and milk.
