Opened as part of the Built On Hospitality group, Folia was designed to bring a unique blend of coffee culture and cocktail creativity to the neighborhood. With its lush, inviting atmosphere and chef-crafted menu, it has established itself as a go-to spot for any time of day.
Hours of Operation
Folia opens its doors daily at 8 AM, making it the perfect spot for your morning coffee or espresso. Their coffee menu features offerings from local roaster Night Swim Coffee, along with flavored syrups and mushroom-based wellness shots. In terms of morning eats, they offer assorted pastries, Mexican chocolate overnight oats and a bacon, egg & cheese crunch-adilla.
Cocktail service begins at 10 AM. At 2pm, the food transitions seamlessly into their Noon & Night menu, which is packed with bold and craveable flavors.
Daily Specials
Folia keeps things exciting with a lineup of daily specials that cater to every taste:
- Tuesday: THC Tuesdays! Special price on THC mocktails.
- Wednesday: “Perks of Being a Wine Flower” offers half-price bottles of wine.
- Thursday: Sip on annual cocktails for just $8.
- Friday: Bartender’s Choice surprise cocktails and the #9 Combo, featuring a Birra Crunch-Adilla and Baco Tell Cocktail Combo for $20.
- Saturday: The #9 Combo continues, making it a weekend favorite for just $20.
Chef Coleman has also added some new bowls to the menu. These are perfect for guests who would like a heartier lunch or a healthier dinner option.

Cuban BBQ Bowl: Choice of grilled chicken or pulled pork carnitas, crispy yuca, chopped scarlet lettuce, whipped cotija, pickles, jalapeno, red onion, mustard bbq, lime
