Gallery Restaurant in The Ballantyne serves up some of the prettiest plates we’ve seen in its corner of Charlotte, but mixologist Greg Voss’ pretty cocktails threaten to put even the best of the kitchen’s work to shame. His beautiful Bubblin’ Berry is as attractive as it is tasty.
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Ciroc Red Berry Vodka
½ oz Lime Juice
1 oz Cooking Spice Cranberry Syrup
Prosecco for topping
METHOD:
Add vodka, syrup and lime to a shaker. Add ice and quick shake. Strain into champagne glass and top with chilled Prosecco. Garnish with lime wheel and serve.
