Dilworth Tasting Room is a charming little spot on East Tremont with a lush outdoor seating area that’s worth the all-winter wait to get a spot come spring. And while they’ve become known primarily for their bites and wine selection, we couldn’t help but get a bit giddy when we heard they had added whiskey flights to the menu.
Served up in four different tasting glasses, the crew at DTR offers both a classic whiskey and a bourbon flight, with a running special on Wednesday nights. For the devotees, we recommend you go with the flight comprised of Glenfiddich 12, 14, 18, and India Pale Ale Cask. It’s a balanced, fresh, fruity liquor flight that’s every bit as fun to share as it is to find Tasting Room menu items with which to pair.
