Where does the name come from? We’re not sure. We could ask Chef Rocco or one his cocktail wizards, but we rather enjoy the mystery. Whatever happened in the Big Apple in ’89, it spawned a deeply red, deeply delicious idea for a beverage. That’s all we need to know.
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. House Made Grenadine
1 oz. Moonshine
.5 oz. Lime Juice
Dash of House Made Simple Syrup
METHOD:
Stir in mixing glass and pour into champagne glass. Garnish with lime slice.
