Parliament Espresso & Coffee Bar opened its doors today, Dec. 11, in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.
Located at 300 S. Tryon St., Ste. 400 (corner of East Third St.), Parliament opened to offer “thoughtfully-sourced” espresso drinks and fresh food.
Designed for relaxation, collaboration and work with free-Wi-Fi available, the interior of Parliament is decked out with locally-sourced reclaimed materials and large murals. Busy guests looking for a quick caffeine fix will love Parliament’s convenient walk-up window, with grab-and-go orders and pre-orders available through the Parliament Espresso App.
“Parliament’s passionate team is thrilled to present Uptown Charlotte with a new community gathering place for coworkers, friends and neighbors to experience exceptional coffee and cuisine,” said Parliament’s Coffee Manager Ken Kouba. “Parliament’s culture of authenticity, simplicity and hospitality appeals to those seeking both a new home away from home and convenient place for coffee on the go.
In addition to Parliament’s drip and brewed-to-order house coffees, the shop also offers a variety of espresso options made with La Marzocco espresso machines from Florence, Italy.
If you’re looking for a bite to eat, you can enjoy Parliament’s signature baked goods ranging from croissants and scones to muffins and housemade cookies. Guests can also fuel up for the day with several breakfast options like bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches, and muesli cups.
