Get ready! Peach Week 2025 is right around the corner, and it’s packed with even more exciting events, delicious treats, and community fun than before. Running from July 18 to July 27, this year’s celebration promises to honor the beloved North Carolina peach while adding a fresh twist to the festivities.
Peach Week in Moore County will run July 18-27 and will feature a restaurant week food and drink competition, foodie and trolley tours, Peach Night with the Sandhills Bogeys, and Putt n’ Peach at Wee Pines at Olmsted Village mini golf.
There will also be a 5K Fun Run, Power Cars and Peaches event with Sandhills Motoring Club, and much more. Plus, James Creek Cider House is once again hosting the Peach A’Palooza festivities that are a can’t miss.
Peach Week Restaurant Competition
The Peach Week restaurant competition includes nearly 30 Moore County dining establishments and breweries offering peach-inspired creations including entrees, desserts, salads, beers, ciders or wine. Participants will be able to vote for their favorites throughout the promotion!

Something For Everyone During Peach Week
Thursday, July 17-Saturday, July 19 | NC Peach Festival in Candor, NC
Three straight days of peachy fun in Candor! Beginning Thursday, July 17th (4-9:00 pm), Friday, July 18th (4-9:00 pm) & Saturday, July 19th (10:00 am – 4:00 pm). The Catalinas are headlining the music on Saturday, plus a variety of peach-filled events perfect for the whole family.
Thursday, July 17 | 5-8pm: Third Thursday Concert in Aberdeen featuring Engine Room 87
Bring blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy some music in the greenspace, with drinks for sale from Engine Room 87! This is a free event.
July 18-20: Peach Week Journey In Time Dinner Train with Aberdeen Carolina & Western Railway
Step back in time and enjoy a meal on a classic passenger train through the Sandhills. The menu during Peach Week includes an array of peaches, of course. Be sure to book your ticket in advance!
Saturday, July 19 | 4pm: Power Car and Peaches with Sandhills Motoring Club
This informal car show will see dozens of vintage cars on display that you can browse while enjoying local vendors. Entry to this event is free.
Saturday, July 19 | 7pm: Peaches & Pitches with the Sandhills Bogeys
Enjoy baseball under the lights with the Sandhills Bogeys at Bogeys Field at Sandhills Community College. Make sure to purchase your tickets in advance, and keep an eye out for special Peach Week promos at the game.
Saturday, July 19 & 26 | Foodie Tour in Downtown Aberdeen
These tours will feature four delicious peach-themed stops, 2 adult beverages as well as peach history and trivia! Go to www.Foodietoursnc.com to book these experiences.
Saturday, July 19 | Talk Peachy To Me with Sandhills Trolley
Join the Sandhills Trolley crew aboard the Talk Peachy To Me Cruise, where you’ll be sipping fresh peach brews by Hatchet Brewing Company on a trip through the Pines. You’ll need to arrive 10 minutes early, and be sure to buy your time-specific ticket in advance.
Sunday, July 20 | 1-5pm: Peach A’Palooza at James Creek Cider House
Enjoy orchard tours while listening to live entertainment. There will be plenty of peachy experiences as well with peaches for sale and peach cider slushies.
Thursday, July 24 | 6:00pm: Run Your Peach Off 5K Fun Run
Come out for this evening 5K event at First Health Fitness in Pinehurst with 100 percent of the proceeds benefitting the FirstHealth Cancer CARE Fund. Pre-registration is required. Entry fee is $25 for adults. Enjoy free ice cream at the finish line provided by Stellar Scoops.
Friday, July 25 | 6-8pm: Wee Pines at Olmsted Village Miniature Golf
Test your skills and navigate the peach-themed miniature golf courses at Wee Pines at Olmsted Village. There will be free peach ice cream from Stellar Scoops and prizes for holes-in-one on select holes. Admission is $16 for adults and $14 for kids under 12 years of age.
Saturday, July 26 | Peach of a Murder with Sandhills Trolley
This 50s themed ride on the Sandhills Trolley is a can’t miss. You’ll make three stops along the journey where you’ll try peach-inspired drinks and mingle with quirky suspects to try and figure out the crime! This is an interactive experience that is sure to be a blast. Tickets are required!
Saturday, July 26 | 6pm: Peach Grass Festival at Weymouth Center for the Arts and Humanities
Return to the Weymouth Center for an evening of bluegrass and folk music at the Peach Grass Festival. Tickets are $10 and kids under 12 years of age are free. Musical lineup includes: Ice Cream for Breakfast, Cooper Morona and The Red Clay Ramblers.
Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, picnic baskets and settle in. Food Trucks, beer, wine, and special peach desserts will be on hand!
