This fall, DTR is turning its attention to the details that keep menus fresh and relevant. Seasonal ingredients, bartender creativity, and chef-driven updates are all at the center of the new releases across the group.
At all three locations, guests will find a newly launched cocktail menu designed and voted on by the bartenders themselves. The lineup showcases their individual styles while staying rooted in seasonal flavors. Expect warming spices, citrus-forward refreshers, and playful riffs on classics. Each sip is meant to feel personal, reflecting both the season and the bartender behind it.
DTR Plaza Midwood: Dinner and Brunch Highlights
The Plaza Midwood location has introduced a round of new dinner dishes that bring Mediterranean influence together with bold, shareable flavors. Highlights include Lemon Tahini Halibut, Coconut Shrimp, Chicken & Cacio E Pepe Gnocchi, and a variety of flatbreads such as Spiced Lamb and Feta.
Brunch, served on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., has also expanded with additions like the Buffalove Chicken Sandwich, topped with lemon tahini slaw and harissa buffalo sauce, and Banana Bread Pancakes with walnuts and maple syrup.
A limited-time Pumpkin Brunch menu further embraces the season, featuring house-made Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls, Pumpkin Spice Waffles with cinnamon butter, and a hearty Pumpkin & Power Grain Bowl.
DTR SouthPark: Joins the Brunch Scene
Beginning October 18, the SouthPark location will also open its doors for weekend brunch. Known for its refined yet relaxed vibe, the SouthPark location will offer a menu that balances seasonal flavors with DTR’s signature approach to craft cocktails and chef-driven plates.
