The address is 1701 N. Graham Street.
At approximately 385 square feet each, the newest additions are situated along the southwest side of the Gama Goat Building, where a new extension of Keswick Avenue cuts through the facility and is lined with spaces for additional retail and food and beverage concepts.
The latest project, the Gama Goat Building, is named in honor of the six-wheel, semi-amphibious U.S. army vehicle that was assembled in the facility in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The former factory, located at 1701 N. Graham St., now houses the development’s first Class A office space, four food stalls, boutique fitness concept bloc., and ample outdoor space to eat, meet and work.
La Caseta: The new concept from Raydal Hospitality (owners of Sabor Latin Street Grill and Three Amigos Mexican Cantina & Grill) celebrates Latin American flavors from El Salvador, Mexico, Venezuela and Argentina. Signature dishes like tacos al pastor, pupusas and arepas are inspired by the immigrant families that make up the restaurant group.
Saru by Bow Ramen: Bow Ramen’s first concept outside of New York City will serve Nagahama-style Tonkotsu ramen. This ramen soup style was developed in the Nagahama district of Fukuoka, Japan, and features ultra-thin, hand-cut noodles cooked in steaming hot pork bone broth packed with flavor.
