Triple C released their “Rainbow Sherbet,” a fruited sour that boasts additions of raspberry, pineapple and lime puree with a hint of vanilla. The team says it’s “wonderfully jammy with a pleasant, sweet, and tart finish.”

Catawba released the “Downtown Door Knocker,” a springy beer with a bright, citrus pina colada flavor. Ripe pineapple amplifies the tropical character and balances the hoppy bitterness.
