No one knows Charlotte home design of kitchens like Karen Kettler. The existing space in this SouthPark home was small, dark and dysfunctional before she entered, and today it’s the polar opposite: The new kitchen is a bright airy space that is much more inviting for family and friends gatherings.
“We eliminated the wall between the kitchen and dining room and relocated the laundry between the kitchen and den,” Kettler explains.
It’s a classic design, meant to last for the next 20 years, and Karen implemented a two-tone color scheme instead of all white for a room that is interesting, warm, and functional.
The cabinetry comes front Touchstone Fine Cabinetry, countertops are by Marble and Stone Shop, the tile is by Crossville and Walker Zanger, appliances by Bosch, and plumbing from Majestic Bath.
“The clients dreamed about a kitchen renovation for 20 years,” Karen shares. “I felt honored that they chose me to collaborate with them and could not have had a sweeter experience making their dreams come true.”
