This fall, The Isabella Santos Foundation will debut Carolina Charm, a first-of-its-kind cocktail event hosted by Shep Rose and Austen Kroll of Bravo’s “Southern Charm.” The event is taking place Thursday, Oct. 23, from 7 to 10 p.m. at The Revelry North End in Charlotte.
Designed as a high-energy “girls’ night out” for more than 600 guests, the evening will raise critical funds to support fertility preservation programs for pediatric cancer survivors at Atrium Health Levine Children’s and MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s
Hospital, uniting Charlotte and Charleston in a powerful cross-state effort for children across North and South Carolina.

Established in 2007, The Isabella Santos Foundation is dedicated to eradicating pediatric cancer’s devastating impact, while honoring the legacy of Isabella Santos, a courageous neuroblastoma fighter. Collaborating with medical institutions, we drive innovative research to pioneer new treatments and enhance young cancer patients’ lives.
Over sixteen years, ISF has contributed $7 million to expand research and treatment and
support affected families.
CAROLINA CHARM
Attendees can expect craft cocktails, curated bites, VIP lounges, live and silent auctions,
immersive brand activations and entertaining conversations with Rose and Kroll moderated by Bravo enthusiasts Miranda in Charlotte and Christian Gray Snow, all set against a southern, vibrant, and upscale backdrop.
Designed for philanthropic, fashion-forward women from across the region, Carolina Charm blends social energy with Southern glam while spotlighting one of the most overlooked needs in pediatric cancer care: access to fertility preservation services for young patients facing life-altering treatments.
“Carolina Charm is where Southern glam meets meaningful impact,” said Erin Santos, executive director of the Isabella Santos Foundation. “With Shep and Austen bringing the charm and hundreds of stylish, generous women turning out to support the cause, it’s going to be a night to remember. Behind the sparkle is a powerful mission: to give young cancer survivors the chance to dream about their future families.”

While survival rates for pediatric cancers continue to improve, the long-term effects of
chemotherapy and radiation often include infertility. Fertility preservation services such as egg, sperm or tissue banking are not always available and are rarely covered by insurance. ISF began prioritizing fertility preservation as part of its survivorship funding in recent years, recognizing it as a critical, unmet need in pediatric cancer care.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
