Kindred’s bar is gorgeous. We love the design — honestly, the aesthetic of the entire restaurant is on another level — but this marble majesty would have little capacity to entertain without cocktail wizard Blake Pope behind it. His concoctions never disappoint, and Kindred’s available menu of 7-or-so cocktails is just the tip of the chipped-iceberg. Try one of his alchemical masterworks, like his classy martini refinement, and revel in a nightlife you didn’t know Davidson could offer.
INGREDIENTS:
2½ oz Botanist gin
½ oz Dolin dry vermouth
METHOD:
Stir, strain into chilled Nick and Nora glass, garnish with lemon peel.
