When the client spotted another Simonini home in the same neighborhood, they recognized their vision for their own future home. As a result, they commissioned Simonini to help them make their dream a reality. The product is 6,000 square feet of a beautiful classic modern home boasting six bedrooms and six and a half baths.
Getting Settled
An open layout characterizes the first floor. The dining room serves as the floor’s centerpiece, blending seamlessly into the living area on one side and the kitchen on the other side. The kitchen features ample countertop surfaces and a spacious island. Nearby, the living room’s focal point is a gorgeous marble fireplace, bordered by recessed shelving.
