As part of the greater Charlotte area since 2002, Myron Greer Garden Design remains at the forefront of expertly designed, personalized outdoor spaces. Owner Myron Greer has always had a strong passion for landscapes. His parents were gardeners and he worked at a young age on his grandparents’ farm.
This stunning, full master plan installation from Myron included all hardscapes, the pool, green goods, irrigation, drainage, and lighting.
“The client backyard was just fantastic with its potential long-range lawn views even with the home and pool house additions,” shares Myron. “We wanted to connect the independent spaces with the lawn… large perimeter plantings helped to focus direction from the back of the home on the pool house and pool.”
Myron Greer and his team created a functional backyard and reduced the clutter of the large overgrown space. The result is a timeless, classic look with well-defined spaces needed and elements that are well-transitioned. The large groupings of plantings, large privacy evergreens, and seasonal flowering shrubs captured the simple elegance on this project.
Urban Builders served as the building contractor. Meyer Greeson Paullin Benson was the architecture firm for the house addition and pool house.

Greer went on to receive degrees in Landscape Design and Horticulture Technology. Today, his designs range from the mountains of NC to the coastal Carolinas.
