Gallery Restaurant in The Ballantyne serves up some of the prettiest plates we’ve seen in its corner of Charlotte, but mixologist Greg Voss’ pretty cocktails threaten to put even the best of the kitchen’s work to shame. His beautiful Retox is as attractive as it is tasty.
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 Tanqueray Gin
2 Oz Mint Cucumber Chamomile Syrup
1 Oz Fresh Lime Juice
METHOD:
Add all ingredients over ice shake and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with clap mint leaf.
