Second Chance Christmas
What: Dress in your holiday best, arrive hungry and thirsty, and prepare to have a good time. Proceeds benefit local children’s hospitals and lower income churches.

Festival of Trees
What: Enjoy live music, hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, a silent auction, raffles, and access to Levine Museum of the New South’s exhibits at this annual holiday event. Proceeds support The Arc of Mecklenburg County, which provides resources for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

BarkHappy Winter Yappy Hour
What: Bring your furry friend to Helles & Dunkel for free dog treats, giveaways, dog-themed drink specials, and hot dogs. Ticket sales fund Dog Days of Charlotte, a local organization dedicated to rescuing and fostering dogs placed in high-kill shelters.
When: Wednesday, December 2nd at 6 p.m.

Winter Wonderland
What: Help the whole family get into the holiday spirit with a trip to the Johnson Mansion. Stick around for carols, storytime, a make-your-own snowman ornament station, and quality time with Mr. and Mrs. Claus. Proceeds benefit The Sandbox, a local nonprofit that assists families whose lives have been touched by childhood cancer.

Silverbell Shindig
What: This year, the Silverbell Shindig will benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte, which offers housing for families of children receiving medical treatment away from home.

Roll Bounce
What: Bust out your big hair and leg warmers for a 1980s and ‘90s-themed evening of skating and eggnog to benefit the Salvation Army.
When: Wednesday, December 14th at 7:30 p.m.
Where: Kate’s Skating Center
Light the Way Dinner and Fundraiser
What: Light the Way is an annual gala during which attendees enjoy a delicious meal, learn about sex trafficking in the Queen City, and bid on items in a silent auction. Proceeds benefit Justice Ministries, a local organization that combats sex trafficking via rescue and housing.
When: Thursday, December 15th at 7 p.m.
