The lounge’s flagship drink channels the mode of thought behind the whole QC Social concept, which in turn channels some of Biggie Smalls’ most quoted lyrics: It Was All a Dream. No one responsible for this trendsetting new private club thought their endeavors would ever come to fruition.
In this particular cocktail, Woodford Reserve melds with Berto Vermouth and Luxardo Elixir, making for a pretty sweet blend. It’s a Manhattan-style beverage, yeah, but like everything at QC Social, it blurs borders. It’s pretty stiff, too—just juicy enough that this take on the classic libation could feel right at home in Smalls’ native Brooklyn. The dream is real.
