Seoul Food Meat Co.’s cocktail menu is ruled by soju and, if we’re being frank, we can’t get enough of the stuff. The Watermelon Soju, essentially a watermelon-turned-punch bowl, is refreshing, easily-made, and an excellent way to greet the heat headed our way soon. Wait ’til that watermelon is ripe, though!
INGREDIENTS:
6 oz of Soju
1 oz of Domaine de Canton 6 oz of watermelon puree
5 oz of Sprite
METHOD:
Carve out half a watermelon and puree the juices. Use watermelon as bowl.
