Also, don’t miss out on the annual Olde Mecklenburg Brewery market! This open-air market includes local vendors, seasonal beer, wine, and food. It will go through December 11-13 and then through December 18-20.
Running from December 1 to December 26, McAdenville’s famous Christmas lights will surely put you in the holiday mood this season. The lights will be shown throughout the downtown area, with the tree lighting ceremony taking place on December 1 and the Yule Log Ceremony and Parade as well as the Christmas Town Festival will take place on December 16.
Amelie’s French Bakery
This French bakery and cafe has many treats and coffee or hot chocolate options to keep you warm during the holiday season. You can order online, cater or go in-person to experience the serene vibes of Amelie’s French Bakery.
Christmas Dinner Theatre
Taking place between November 6 to December 30, work your way over to see both a traditional Christmas dinner and a performance of “The Real Christmas Story” at NarroWay Theatre. The audience is more than welcome to sing along to everyone’s favorite Christmas songs, especially during the part when the snow falls! Camel rides are also offered before the show.
