Kristin Heinrich, Charlotte stylist and fashion expert, stopped by to suggest some of her favorite Valentine’s picks, from strappy sandals to delicate jewelry and some showstopping dresses.
Kristin: Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and not matter what you are doing – going out with your girlfriends, going on a blind date or spending time with your other half – why not dress up?
Personally, I never need an excuse to go shopping for a new outfit. But a holiday seems to make it even more acceptable to splurge a little. Valentine’s is one of those holidays where girls are willing to embrace the theme by wearing shades of pink and red, dresses with feminine floral prints, love-themed jewelry and heart bedazzled accessories. This year, more than ever, it seems we all need a day to focus on feeling pretty and sharing LOVE.
Here are some ensembles to inspire you on February 14th – outfits for concerts and wine bars, art crawls and cocktails, an evening on the town, dinner at the new “it” restaurant or just take out and a movie in bed… no matter what I’ve got you covered!
