On Monday, December 18 at Free Range Brewing, Order/Fire is spinning off a new side series called DrinkOrder featuring Bob Peters as the host, famed bartender and Head Mixologist of The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte. The series will feature Peters talking to the regions best and brightest bartenders, getting to know their story, the human ingredient.
Order/Fire, Charlotte’s original culinary video web series is produced and filmed by award-winning photographer and director Peter Taylor and hosted by renowned NC Chef Marc Jacksina. With a lighthearted, conversational approach, each episode aims to get to know the area’s leading culinarians, mixologists, restaurateurs, purveyors and farmers to paint them in a more multidimensional light. Back by popular demand, Order/Fire is currently in its third season.
This kickoff event screening is a one-hour special. This premiere episode will feature guests, Kel Minton of Soul Gastrolounge, Colleen Hughes of Haberdish, Stefan Huebner of Dot Dot Dot, and Brian Lorusso of Dogwood Southern Table and Bar. Each of them sat down with Peters on location, sharing their cocktails and their stories.
The special Monday night event will also include a chance to meet each of the bartenders as they serve up samples of their special libations and to enter a raffle to benefit Hospitality House.
