HP Village Management, LLC is one of the nation’s leading developers and managers of upscale retail including the renowned luxury fashion destination Highland Park Village in Dallas, Texas.
This team is leading the leasing and marketing efforts to bring specialized luxury and contemporary brands to the shopping center and the city of Charlotte. Some of those recent additions include exciting brand favorites like alice + olivia, Jenni Kayne, rag & bone, Ralph Lauren, La Vie Style House, and Veronica Beard.
Longstanding local brands at Phillips Place include high-end men’s store Taylor Richards & Conger and fine-jewelry boutique Windsor Jewelers.
