The popular Eastover restaurant, Stagioni, is the third restaurant of the renowned Moffet Restaurant Group. The authentic Italian restaurant features classic dishes presented by their new chef, Drew Dodd, with a modern twist. As a perfect complement to the fine fare served at Stagioni’s, the restaurant’s bar is known for its ambiance, fabulous cocktails, and Prosecco right on tap. This issue, Jesi Allen of Stagioni, shares one of her favorite cocktail recipes, the Bella Rossa, a perfect drink for the season, both in taste and its vibrant Autumn color.
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Don Julio Blanco
.5 oz Blood Orange liquor
.5 oz Grapefruit juice
Dash Grapefruit Bitters
Splash Blood Orange Juice
Lime Wedge
METHOD:
Measure out each of the ingredients in a jigger and pour into a cocktail shaker. Shake for ten seconds and pour concoction into a 6 oz. Rocks Glass. Garnish the Bella Rossa with a lime wedge and serve.
