In Spanish, “El Borracho” means “the drunk.” It’s quite a fitting title for this delicious cocktail from Block and Grinder. It goes down smooth and leaves a warmth on the palate that will have you craving another. If you’re not careful, you may just find yourself a bit borracho.
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Espolon Tequila
.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
.25 oz Canton ginger liqueur
3 dashes Cardamom bitters
METHOD:
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir until the ingredients are well chilled. Serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
