The celebration is just around the corner, so we suggest you get ready to celebrate with these festive, boozy, fun Cinco de Mayo cocktails. Each one boasts Mexico-born William Grant & Sons spirits: Milagro Tequila, Ancho Reyes, Ancho Reyes Verde, and Montelobos Mezcal. ¡Salud!
If you’re a liquor snob, you’ll love the attention to detail in these craft-made, local drinks: Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur provides a complex, smoky, heated undercurrent of spices, or you can turn it up a notch with Ancho Reyes Verde, a fresher, brighter version derived from the poblano chili. The award-winning Milagro Tequila expressions are triple-distilled in small batches from the finest blue agave from the Jalisco highlands. The meticulously-crafted Montelobos Mezcal, made with 100% organically certified agave espadín grown in the shadows of Cerro Montelobos (the Mountain of Wolves) in Oakaca’s Sierra Madre range, achieves extraordinary balance and complexity through a bold integration between agave, fermentation notes and smoke.
Set up your at-home bar, grab some chips and salsa, and get ready to party with these Cinco de Mayo cocktails.
